    James Wendell has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He started working as a labourer at the age of 14 for a construction company that focused on renovations and new home construction. After completing his internship and being established as a journeyman roof installer, he quickly became the project manager for a roofing contractor. In 2006 he started his own construction company that focused on residential renovations, tenant improvements and restorations. In 2014 he received his residential builders licence and began building spec and custom residential homes throughout the lower mainland and sunshine coast. Now armed with three decades of hands-on knowledge and experience, combined with professional studies at BCIT he has started Wendell Home Inspections Inc.
